Gavi, established in 2000, is a global Vaccine Alliance that brings together public and private sectors to ensure equal access to vaccines for children in the world's poorest countries. By immunizing over 888 million children and preventing 15 million future deaths, Gavi has significantly reduced child mortality in 73 lower-income countries. As a co-convener of the COVAX Facility, Gavi is working alongside other organizations to ensure equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines worldwide. Through their efforts, Gavi is transforming lives, boosting economies, and making the world safer for everyone.
