Intel maintains its position as the most valuable brand among chip manufacturers

TSMC and NVIDIA rank second and third on the list of the most expensive semiconductor businesses

Despite losing 10% of its value, falling to $22.9 billion at the end of the year, Intel remains the most valuable brand among microchip manufacturers. The second place goes to Taiwanese company TSMC, with a 5% growth in its value (up to $21.6 billion), followed by NVIDIA with a $16.9 billion estimate.

SK Hynix, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD, ASML, Micron, and Texas Instruments also make up the top 10 most valuable semiconductor brands.

Brand Finance consulting firm highlighted Broadcom as the fastest-growing company, increasing its value by 29% over the year. The firm stated that, in order to maintain brand strength and value, chipmakers must maintain technology leadership, maintain manufacturing efficiency, and develop relationships with concerned governments.

It was previously reported that Intel executives decided to cut their salaries to save the company, with CEO Pat Gelsinger taking a 25% reduction, top managers’ salaries decreasing by 15%, senior managers’ by 10%, and middle managers’ by 5%.
