Demand for houses and apartments on the rise in Dubai

In the third quarter of 2022, Russian citizens became the largest buyers of residential real estate in Dubai. The second place among non-residents was taken by representatives of Great Britain. The top 5 buyers also included citizens of India, Germany and France.

In total, 22,895 apartments and houses were sold in the third quarter for a total of $14.26 billion, a 61% increase over the same period last year.

Experts note that some regions of the country are especially popular. For example, on the elite artificial island Palm Jumeirah, prices increased by 10%.

Dubai is one of the most popular cities for expats, offering a digital nomad visa and registering companies in free economic zones.
