Disney decided to celebrate its 100th anniversary with music and nostalgic themes
Disney will celebrate the anniversary with a virtual store

In honor of its 100th anniversary, Disney launched the Disney Music Emporium virtual store. Users will be able to purchase soundtracks from popular Disney movies and TV shows, such as ‘Encanto’, ‘WandaVision’, ‘Turning Red’, ‘Tomorrowland’, ‘Hocus Pocus’, ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’, ‘Star Wars’.
By next year, the company will release Disney100: The Wonder of Disney Music, which will include tunes from 1928’s ‘Steamboat Willie’, 1937’s ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’, 1940’s ‘Fantasia’, 2016’s ‘Moana’, and some other works.
The project will be launched in collaboration with Obsess, a company that creates interactive virtual storefronts. According to Disney Music Group President Ken Bunt, the collaboration with Obsess is the perfect way to celebrate the conglomerate’s centenary and offer a new experience to the users.
