Europe’s largest campus for IT startups to be built in Vilnius
55,000 m² technology campus for startups to appear in Lithuania

In the year 2024, Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, will witness the development of Tech Zity, a state-of-the-art technology campus aimed at becoming a thriving hub for startups.
Situated on the premises of a former Soviet clothing factory, Tech Zity Vilnius incorporates elements of the factory’s heritage in its design. For instance, the project’s architects repurpose certain details from sewing machines to create chairs and furnish meeting rooms.
Anticipated to cater to both companies with up to 300 employees and freelancers, Tech Zity Vilnius will offer a diverse range of amenities within its expansive building, capable of accommodating up to 5,000 people. This will include office spaces, conference rooms, restaurants, bars, educational facilities, cultural spaces, sports facilities, and even co-living spaces available for short-term and long-term leases.
Representatives of Tech Zity, the development company, stated that their aim is to foster a vibrant professional community. They noted that many startups face similar challenges, including launching with limited finances, expanding into larger markets, harnessing the potential of AI, and attracting investments. According to them, individuals who have previously succeeded in launching businesses can offer valuable assistance in overcoming such hurdles.
With a total area of 55,000 m², Tech Zity Vilnius will emerge as the largest technology campus in Europe, surpassing the current largest European IT center, Station F in Paris, which spans an area of 33,000 m².
