The National Digital Agency of Israel will focus on AI

The government data revolution and the promotion of AI in the public sector

Israel is focused on merging the two sectors

The National Digital Agency is being established

The national AI plan is a long-term strategy intended to support the creation and application of AI in the economy and public sector. At the plan launch conference, Shira Lev Ami, CEO of the Israel National Digital Agency, discussed the connection between the government data revolution and the development of AI in the public sector.

AI is the opulent apartment perched atop a tall edifice housing the data and digital infrastructure, the task for Lev Ami is to improve public service while fixing Israel’s fundamental problems.

Lev Ami understands that you must lay the groundwork for the structure and then progressively erect it through the gathering, processing, and dissemination of data as well as through the digital transformation of government.

The Israel National Digital Agency, which is now being founded, has the objective of advancing the government’s use of Data & Digital in order to function effectively for the public.

Investing in government data and making it available to business, academia, and the government itself will result in data-driven decision making, better public service, and a significant improvement in the efficacy of government activity, to the benefit of Israel’s health, welfare, education and economy.
