Leading fintech unicorns have launched 310 new startups
Former employees of European startups with a valuation of over $1 billion are opening new fintech companies

Former employees of 61 European fintech startups with a valuation of over $1 billion, who have worked in unicorn companies for at least five months, launched 310 new companies.
Most new startups (24) were founded by people from the German Internet bank N26. In second place are former employees of the Swedish startup Klarna, which allows you to pay for purchases in the company’s partner stores in installments, who founded 23 startups, including 15 fintech companies.
In addition, new startups were launched by former employees of the British company Revolut and the money transfer service Wise, as well as the French insurance company Luko.
Most of the new startups founded by former fintech unicorn employees are based in London.
