IT corporation provided free access to the Loop collaboration service

Microsoft has recently made the Loop collaboration service freely accessible, similar to Notion. Previously, access to Loop was restricted to Microsoft 365 subscribers, who had to pay $69.9 per year for an individual user or $99.9 per year for a group of six.

The Microsoft Loop platform consists of pages and workspaces where users can add notes, track tasks, and monitor the activities of other users. Unlike Notion, various components of the service can be seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word.

Loop is particularly suitable for efficient collaboration within teams ranging from 2 to 12 members. Although the service can accommodate up to 50 users, it should be noted that exceeding this limit may cause an overloaded interface.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Loop incorporates a built-in artificial intelligence tool called Microsoft 365 Copilot, which can generate text. However, access to this feature is currently limited to a select number of users.
